Chef Anshul Dhyani
Executive Sous Chef - ITC Maratha
Chef Anshul Dhyani is an alumini of IHM Mumbai (Batch – 1999). He started his career with Taj Mahal Mumbai and worked there for four and half years at the contemporary European Fine Dining restaurant ‘Zodiac Grill’.
He then moved to UK in November 2003 and worked under one of the most distinguished Michelin Star Chef in the world - Chef Raymond Blanc. Chef Anshul Dhyani continued working with him for four years before moving on to work with another acclaimed Michelin Star Chef - Chef Michael Caines at his fine dining restaurant in Manchester. Chef Dhyani also went ahead and worked with several tradionational British Chop Houses and Gasto pubs.
In 2009, Chef Anshul Dhyani joined the Damson Group of Restaurant in Cheshire as the Head Chef. He then decided to shift back to India in the year 2013 and joined The Claridge New Delhi.
In April 2015, Chef Anshul Dhyani joined ITC Maratha as the Executive Sous Chef.
