Adele Stiehler-van der Westhuizen is the group executive chef of Prue Leith Chefs Academy in South Africa. In this position she manages the fine dining restaurant, a professional chef school as well as a healthy cooking school. Apart from a Diploma in Culinary Arts and Wine achieved at Prue Leith Chefs Academy, Adele also holds a BTech Journalism degree from the Tshwane University of Technology. Combining her passion for food and writing Adele has contributed to several South African publications. Adele is also a member of the Slow Food Movement, Chaines des Rotisseurs (received Blazon in 2013) and the South African Chefs Association.
