Being the youngest in the family, Kim Hock were expose to kitchen chores at a very young age and this has influenced him to devote himself in this field. He was previously mentored by a number of chefs in England and with the knowledge and strong foundation he accumulated, he's now a proud head chef of a humble little restaurant in Penang.
His style of cooking revolves around French techniques.
He likes to showcase and support the local farmers and producers. His ambition is to put Penang, Malaysia in the worlds culinary map.
