Vanessa González It started in the kitchen at the hands of Alejandro Morales at the beginning of the la Huella as Parador IN 2002
In 2005, She started to take charge of the Parador's events area as well as the opening of the new production kitchen and also staff training and recruitment.
In the winter seasons, she had the opportunity to visit friendly kitchens in Brazil and more recently in Argentina, Colombia and California with the luck of working with organic producers in the area,
thus being able to mark her identity.
She has collaborated in the opening of Quinto La Huella, Miami, having the difficult task of being able to transfer the imprint of the kitchen and her spirit.
Since 2015, she has directed the kitchen, the search for new raw materials and working together with local producers.
