Born in Biak, Papua on February 1979, he spent most of his childhood in Manado, South Sulawesi.
In the year of 2000 he graduated from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung .
He start his first career as a Commis Chef in Nad Al Sheba Golf & Racing Club, Dubai.
2004 he gained the trust to vary his ability in Tulip Inn Amersfoort, Netherland. Here, he comprehended the ambience of European gastronomy.
2005 remaining to determine which best taste he could produce himself, he hopped to one of the finest Hotel in Abu Dhabi as a Chef de Partie.
2007 Proven by his new title afterwards, Sous Chef, this happened in Dessert Palm, Dubai.
2009 he went home and practically served his folks by joining Ju-Ma-Na, a restaurant in Banyan Tree Resort, Bali.
2012 He, instead, took it as a challenge and opened up Teatro Gastroteque, Bali.
2015 He open the next level of Indonesian Restaurant re-invented, Balnco par Mandif.
2016 He has the opportunity to open another two casual dining Restaurants, Moringa and Modicum, in Bali.
