An easy going person, born in trully happy family. Start cooking actually when I was at Elementary School, as my Mom’s cook helper. Not too seriously cooking, an ‘Artisan Chaotic’ in my Mom’s kitchen.
Beginning that day, cooking things become a hobby and as a food lover as well.
At Senior High School, participated The Cooking Competition for Kartini’s Day. 1 time winner and 1 time runner up. That time, I was got help from my Mom’s Recipe.
In my Senior time, I was figuring out about a school which can accommodate my hobbies and teach me at the same time. Then, Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung came up at my searching period. Or it’s well-known as ENHAII Campus. Due to I'm always listen to the words of my Father, “Select the school that is not due to influence of others, it’s just because of your Hobby or your Talent.
So, don’t have talent but I have Hobby for Cooking and Eating then I chose this school (STPB) as my last resort.
3 years, was like an easy year because of this school was fulfilling my hobbies.
Starting professional career as a Cook Helper and Steward Attendant as well. Attended to do more Western Cuisine.
After along the years of career and stayed abroad looking some $$$, at the bottom of my heart was something knocking out that say “Indonesian Cuisine is More and More Sophisticate, Beautiful, and Lovely Tasty”.
Honestly, since I was a kid, Indonesian Fusion Foods were like my consumption stuffs every single day. Due to My Mom is from West Sumatera/Minangnese and My Father is from Salatiga/Javanese. My Mom is My Executive Chef always.
Indonesian Food, for me It’s like a Treasure Chest that make me always curious to dig in over and over.
Now, happy husband and happy father from adorable baby daughter. Enjoying life, I always do creation while learning and sharing for the Indonesian Cuisine that I really love. Indonesian Cuisine was created by God Almighty to quench appetite to be satisfied, World Champion Cuisine!
