Rožmarin restaurant opened its doors in 2006 in the capital of Slovenian Styria – the city of Maribor, introducing a different, more cosmopolitan take on modern cuisine. Its name Rožmarin (rosemary) emphasizes Mediterranean - Italian, French, Spanish and, last but not least, Slovenian cuisine.
The owner of the restaurant has always associated culinary delights with entertainment, so hanging out while enjoying food and selected wines remains one of the important principles of his restaurant offer. He combines the knowledge and experience that he acquired on his research journeys to culinary and oenologic regions with inspiration and love, creating his own dishes and recipes. The emphasis is on fresh dishes, prepared à la carte and without industrial additives.
The restaurant boasts an exceptional wine cellar, a rich selection of wines from the world’s most important wine regions and a special chamber for Bordeaux wines that is unique in Slovenia and wider region. During the evening the winery transforms into a place of entertainment where you can have unforgettable time along the sounds of DJs or excellent concerts.
