Jorge Sousa, our chef, is a Portuguese chef whose creativity is based on natural and national products, driving of personal thoughts and ideas to create each product according to the seasonality, leaving the restaurant's gastronomy in the hands of a 'food genius' who will do everything in his power to have his guests go on a mediterranean journey.
