My name is Harald Rinderle, a chef with over 25 years international cooking experience in Munich, Ireland, cruise liner and NZ. I enjoy the challenges associated with seasonal menu creation and cuisines. I am working at Grand Papua Hotel in Port Moresby since 2016. This opportunity has allowed me to share my passion and experience, to introduce new dishes to PNG and bring people together through delicious discoveries to excite their senses.
