Gerdvilas Zalys is the author of the new concept of Lithuanian cuisine in the Relais & Châteaux Stikliai Hotel restaurants. He started writing his kitchen history in Lithuania in 2018, just after returning from Paris. For three years Gerdvilas has been working in French gastronomic legend Joel Robuchon’s restaurant “L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon Saint-Germain”, which is among the top 15 restaurants in the world.
