Jérôme's love of cooking originates from his mother’s Haute-Savoie family, so for Goût de France 2019 he has imagined a four-course menu presenting dishes inspired by his childhood. Jérôme's grandfather was a cheesemaker who made classic cheeses such as Reblochon and Tomme de Savoie.
