Chef Jonathan Bouthiaux is originally from Saint-Malo, Brittany in France
He started his culinary career in Saint-Malo's " A la Dushesse Anne" 1 Michelin Star restaurant.
He also worked in several luxury hotels and Michelin Stars restaurants globally such as Saint Barthelemy, London, Monaco, Courchevelles, Sydney, Gold Coast and Dubai where he built his culinary experience for 16 years.
He gained his culinary management skills in Jumeirah group and One & Only the Palm Dubai .
