The chef Apostolos Stergiopoulos, cousin Karditsiotis, studied cooking at the Chef D 'Oeuvre School and specialized in Italian cuisine at the Italian school "De Filippi". He was the first cook at the Intercontinental Hotel and from 2005 to 2014 he was a chef at Il Salumaio D 'Atene Restaurant in Kifissia. In 2014 he decided to leave Athens behind and returned to Karditsa where he is a chef and owner of Bistrot ΑΡΝΗ.
