Jordi Vila is the Executive Chef at Constance Lemuria Praslin, Seychelles, resort. He is acclaimed as one of the most prominent Catalan chefs of his generation, with wide experience and great evolvement. He has worked in the kitchens of celebrated hotels and restaurants in Europe having as his teachers the legendary and Michelin awarded chefs, Ferran Adrià and Joël Robuchon.
In his current role, Jordi takes over the spirit of Constance Lemuria and combines his generous creativity and gained experience in the pursuit of the most original and pure ingredients.
