Cedric Rolland, Hilton Northolme Resort Executive Chef, brings over 20 years of talent and rich experience in international hospitality industry. His passion for food runs in the family, as a kid he grew watching some great Chefs perform their culinary magic including his father who ran a very successful family restaurant kitchen.
Cedric has hosted a varied number of international events, in China of which “The Wuhan Woman tennis Open” and “The Volvo Ocean race” area amongst a few. He has worked with culinary masters in Switzerland, USA, Australia and Taiwan China. Enriching him with a flair of balancing the complexity of different regions.
This rich international experience has taken Cedric on a gastronomic journey into the heart of the world culinary heritage and to the discovery of a unique balance between the traditional, modern and local diversity of cuisines.
