I have lived part of my life in small but insanely cozy Italian town - Sorrento. With 16 years of experience in the culinary industry behind, I started my long journey with a culinary school in the city of Vico Equense and after few years of apprenticeship in Italy I decide to move. At the age of 16 I started my career in Switzerland. After the experience in two cities: Crans-Montana and Geneva, I moved to London were I entered the Alain Ducasse group. After London I moved to Paris also for Alain Ducasse at The Jules Verne, and then the road of life led me to Russia and Uzbekistan. I work for Hyatt Hotels Corporation for six years
