Paulius Janusas is a young chef with 11 years experience in all kind of cuisines. He started his head chef career in a historical Lithuanian cuisine, therefore he admires Lithuanian roots and products. Afterwards he continued his practised in French, vegan and modern types restaurants. Later on he changed his path and started working in VMG - food advertising agency, where plating, food photography and design was his main responsibilities. Now more then a year he is working in restaurant Prancuzai, where he is combing his experience and creativity.
In spring/summer menu he blends local products with French traditions and his young and modern spirit.
