Chef Patron Jérôme Henry, formerly head chef of Anton Mosimann's dining club in London and Les Trois Garçons. Jérôme was born in France in Saint-Julien-en-Genevois, Haute-Savoie, and grew up in Switzerland in Vevey and Geneva. He undertook his culinary training in Chicago.
Jérôme's love of cooking originates from his mother’s Haute-Savoie family, so for Goût de France 2019 he has imagined a four-course menu presenting dishes inspired by his childhood. Jérôme's grandfather was a cheesemaker who made classic cheeses such as Reblochon and Tomme de Savoie.
