Restaurant Le Royal offers creative, western fine dining in an elegant and sophisticated setting, complete with silverware, crystal glasses and fine porcelain. It is renowned for its tableside service of such delicacies as tartar, house-smoked salmon, Chateaubriand, Dover Sole and crepes suzette.
The restaurant is open for lunch from 12pm to 2:30pm and for dinner between 6.30 and 10.30pm.
Brunch is served on both Saturdays and Sundays, with a range of free-flow beverage options, including G.H. Mumm champagnes.
Le Royal features one of the most extensive wine lists in Cambodia, including its largest selection of champagnes and a fantastic array of Old & New World wines, with a focus on Bordeaux blends and Grands Crus.
