We try to preserve traditional and regional cuisine by celebrating local gastronomic traditions. Served fruits and vegetables are grown in our private garden in the village. Fresh mangalica and chicken are delivered directly from our farms. The role of a good chef is not only to cook, but also to manage and control the changes in the kitchen, to implement the monthly inventory, to follow the latest trends in gastronomy, to create the menu and to motivate the team.
