Chef Abdul Halim Ahmad,
A 27 Years old chef with 7 years of culinary experience started to love French gastronomy since he was in school in Indonesia. His grandmother was one of the greatest hoteliers in family and he has learned a lot from her. After completed three years in college he has worked with famous French chef Camille benedetto at Garçon Bistro, bar et Pâtisserie where he learned about great French cuisine, including Pâtisserie.
Chef Abdul joined Hilton Dubai The Walk Hotel on October 2017 and currently looking after The Grape Escape. He has successfully lunches L’Apres’Ski event on every Thursday and Friday at The Grape Escape which is very popular with the cheese lovers in community.
On his free time he likes to read cooking book and explore the world of culinary.
