Chef Christophe Guilbert, 29 years old born in Cannes. Working at Fauchon Paris restaurant. Has experiences in different places.
Starting by learn pastry in 15 years old in different shops. One of them rewarded by Michelin star. In 18 years old he went to Paris work for one MOF, which means the best worker of France. He worked also for luxury privet events.
For his experience in Paris, participates in Salon Chocolate. An event expert in everything relate to chocolate.
For his international experience, he made demonstration in Italy and Algeria.
Then he travelled to KSA in 2013. First of 2018, he joined to Fauchon Paris restaurant in Jeddah, as a pastry chef.
