Chef Fatima Machrafi was born in Casablanca in Morocco and she grew up in France with her Grandmother. In her early life, Fatima showed interest in cooking and learned the technics of home cooking. After completing her education, she started her career in small restaurant with her uncle in Morocco. Later on in life, she moved to Dubai to take a job in Zabeel Saray where she fine-tuned her culinary skill. She worked in Four Seasons with a variety of celebrity chefs before moving to Hilton Capital Grand Abu Dhabi.
