With more than 55 years of history, the Chez Bernard restaurant in Gamboa de Cima reopens the public of Salvador at the end of 2018. Since 1963, opened by the French Monsieur Bernard, offers legitimate French cuisine and a cozy atmosphere, embellished by the wide view of the Bay of All Saints. The authentic French bistro has a kitchen staffed by chef Laurent Rezzette. The bistro offers dishes such as the filet mignon béarnaise, coq au vin and the filet bordelaise, known as restaurant highlights. Signed by the architect Márcia Meccia, on the original design of David Bastos, the new look was repaginated highlighting the essence of the bistro with the use of materials of texture, classic design and warm colors.
