“Café Normandie” is a unique gastronomic journey through Normand cuisine. The menu is based only on fresh seafood and the interior has a lot of light and wood. An elegant combination of the French Riviera and the inclement Normandie in the St. Petersburg.
Our menu is based solely on fresh seafood. We work directly with fisheries and keep most of the seafood alive in a special aquarium. Fresh oysters, crabs, sea urchins, shells and scallops are in the author’s menu of Alexander Knyazev, as well as a new classics of Russian cuisine marked “a la russe”.
