Born in Nicosia Chef Evagoras started working in kitchens at a young age. His unlimited passion for culinary arts led him to pursue further studies in the field in Rhode Island - in one of the most renowned culinary schools. Coming back to Cyprus he founded Chef Nouveau Catering in 2008 - a company with high end customers, Ministries and Embassies.By 2014 it was clear that the business had to move to a more central location and open it's doors to the public and so COOKSHOP was born.
