Chef Uroš Ivošević
Born in Karlovac, in November 1983. He inherited his cooking "gene" from his grandma Ljubica and is immensely grateful for it. He finished school in Belgrade, and carved his knowledge and experience in the renowned restaurants in the capital. At Enso restaurant, we nourish traditional French food processing techniques, and the presentation of everything leaves the imagination at will.
For the days of France, we will serve the delicious terrine, the eternal inspiration, the duck file with rich French-made wine and chocolate in many ways.
