Apart from winning over the customers’ taste and hearts by his culinary brilliance, Chef Kalai also handles in-house training courses for Staff, Technical training in menu knowledge, menu engineering and F&B budgeting.
Chef Kalai initiated his illustrious career back in 2002 with Radisson Chennai. Then he moved to The Oberoi udaivilas and worked with Marriott till 2009. Chef Kalai also worked with Carnival cruise lines, USA before he joined Courtyard by Marriott Dubai. He acquired skills of Hotel Management from State institute of hotel management, which added to his extraordinary cooking skills. Apart from the degrees, Chef Kalai always pushed himself further to excel in what he does best.
