Our kitchen offers dishes that are based on traditional recipes handed down from generation to generation. However, we are more than willing to implement new ideas and contemporary possibilities in order to cook better and in a more interesting way. In Koncertowa we place the paramount importance on our guests at the table, the time they can spend pleasantly together as well as dishes which are prepared with a view to being tasteful and giving joy. In majority we use local and ecological products that prevail in our kitchen. We say the 'majority' instead of 'entirely' because it is crucial for us to have freedom in what we do and be able to explore new ideas. "Regional-Contemporary" cuisine is the most proper term.
