Head chef, Rune Ehlie has always loved cooking. It all started with cooking with his mom when he was a kid, and as the cooking interest kept growing - cooking school was next. He did his training at Roar Hildonen's To Rom and Kjøkken for two years, followed by over five years at Credo where he really found his place working in the Credo bistro. Rune joined for the opening of Le Bistro in 2016 and is now running one of few French cuisines in Trondheim. Here we are aiming to serve simple, yet delicious dishes without too much fuzz - in one of the best ambiances in the city! Bienvenu!
