Preparing food, we combine European culinary achievements with traditional and regional Polish flavors. According to Slow Food philosophy, our cuisine is based mainly on high quality local products. Vegetables, fruit and herbs which we serve come directly from the court garden and orchard, cheeses and meat from local producers. Meals in the Magnolia Restaurant are prepared without any rush, encouraging our guests to celebrate their taste.
We are the only restaurant in Subcarpathia Province which was granted '2 Hats' in the Gault & Millau Poland 2019 Guide.
