More than Twenty years of professional cooking and kitchen management experience. Chef Andi Nuraji, or simply called as Chef Andi, start his culinary experience early as a child. Before joining Four Points by Sheraton Bandung, Chef Andi has been in professional cooking and kitchen management for twenty years. The most ascinating moment during his career is when he traveled to Europe and ended up in the city of Ennis County Clare, Republic of Ireland. He also had a chance to explore his skill in another capital city of Dublin. After six years in Ireland, Chef Andi went back to his home in Indonesia to attain more experiences. By a chance, he got an opportunity to work on board in a cruise line by Walt Disney Company in Orlando, Florida, USA.
His commitment to culinary is beyond ordinary. Chef Andi believes that cooking is an art and not something that certified from school. By his love in this industry, he has gained many certificates and awards during his career as well as keep developing his culinary team.
